worthless. had car for almost two weeks for simple paint and door dents, never called. Finally I called and they said it was waiting for me for almost a week! No email, calls etc. I picked it up and noticed right away parts missing such as water feeds for front bumper on my Bmw! 3 pieces of chrome missing! They told me I had to paint a part over phone so I said yes but the hood needed paint far more than the running board and they never mentioned that! Talked directly with owner about all work and progress so it wasnt even employees. I spanish speaker tried to explain the work but I couldnt understand him so he brought the owner out instead. Owner ordered parts; however he charged me for them out of pocket above original quote and they were the chrome and washer headlight assembly. Then said I would have to pay for them to install said parts! I took them home that night when it started to rain, however my car would not lock! Fortunately I had already experienced this twice in prior months so I had the part. I proceeded to take driver door apart (was door that was damaged) and memory switch was not hooked up properly; casing was in several pieces! door panel itself was only hanging on by a few plasitc holders and totally misaligned at top where it hangs in metal brackets to the degree it was preventing the lock from functioning (causing alarm not to arm!) I installed part having to reprogram door sequence (which I have never done before in my life) in the rain! After 3 hours of cold and wet I figured out the timing which works to this day perfectly (over 3 years ago) Many other problems but I am too hungry right now must eat.
