I called Roto-Rooter on a Sunday afternoon. Initially, I was told they would have a plumber to my house in 2-4 hours, but they had someone there in less than an hour, which was greatly appreciated. Keith, our technician, was very knowedgeable and explained everything that he did once the he finished the project. He also took the time to explain to us the problems and why the plumbing wasn't working properly. We were very pleased with the prompt and courteous service we received. We will definitely be recommending Roto-Rooter (and Keith) to our friends and family in St. Louis.
