This morning 7am I go to put a load of laundry, and what do I find, YES, my basement drain is not pretty! I contacted roto rooter at 7:15 and was put on the two hour window of 8-10 am. At 7:45, I recieve a call from Bruce and advised that my plumber Keith would be there in 30minutes. 10 minutes later, Roto-rooter truck is backing into my drive way. He assessed the situation and advise me of the process he would need to do and the cost. After a hour of probing and scraping from the out side clean out, he was able to clean out from the clean out to the main sewer line, but not able to run from the clean out into the house. He then moved his equipment inside and ran from the inside towards the outside of the house and was able to get the pipe clean and water to drain. All the time he kept me informed of the what and why he was doing. Once he came into the home, he took the precaution of not only covering his shoes with little booties, but the wheels on the snake machine. I would be happy to recommend Roto Rooters plumber especially Keith to get the job done.
