I was totally unimpressed with Rotorooter. I called with a bathtub that would not drain. Keith came in and looked at the tub. Then I showed him the pipes in the basement. Before he even tried to unclog the drain, he was saying he didn't think it would work and started talking about getting a permit and replacing pipes. He spent more time talking about how doubtful he was than trying to unclog. He ran an auger for about ten minutes and then started back in with replacing pipes. He didn't even consider trying to take apart the pipes that were there to try unclogging them. Then he pasked things up and gave me a bill for $124.00. I was NOT happy.
