I have done the step aerobics thing, the running thing, the elliptical and the treadmill. I've done strength training, core workout classes and yoga. I was burned out. And then I stumbled into this class.
Ish and Hannah are great teachers. Each has her own strengths and so they compliment each other well. You get a cardio workout that's never boring, a pilates workout that's never easy and a yoga workout that never fails to leave you feeling great. They are very careful to understand your weaknesses, injuries, past problems and future goals. They are very good at checking in and checking up and will always offer an adjustment to maximize the effectiveness and safety of the moves.
The other thing I want to say is that the class is populated by very nice, down to earth women with senses of humor and good attitudes. You are never made to feel awkward or uneasy because of your current level of fitness, appearance or dress. It's a safe place to find your way back to working out but also a place that will kick your butt regardless of your level of fitness.
