I used Chavis to move my home on 3/5/2010 and paid him $5,500. needless to say, I am very displeased, I have outlets that are pulled out of the walls, the floor in th bathroom is destroyed! Chavis was aware that this was a special job as it was going on a foundation and was to be done according to the plans. The house is in a flood zone and now I have to pay someone else to set the house to the appropriate heght because Chavis wouldnt bother to look at the plans, which specified the heght the house was supposed to be set at.
Pros: He's good at getting your money......
Cons: do not pay him until the work is done!!!
