Review content:
I scheduled for airport shuttle service twice, both at different times and days of the week. The van never showed up both times. I ended up taking a taxi to the airport both times. Luckily I didn't prepay with my credit card, and I live in Back Bay where there are plenty of taxis. If you want to be positive that you will get to Logan on time for you flight find a better way of getting there.
