We took our boat into Proboat on July 1, 2010, to be repaired. They kept it 6 weeks, and we had trouble finding out from them when it was going to be fixed. They also never called us with an estimate for the repairs. When we did hear from them we were told it was going to be ""no big deal,"" but still no mention of cost. They called us on a Friday in August to tell us it was ready for pick up and the cost was $2,031.51. I almost choked! That was a Big Deal to me. Then, when we took it out on the lake, IT BROKE DOWN! Thank God, for some nice boaters who towed us in. Needless to say, I and my family are very unhappy with Proboat. We did not really have $2,000 to spend on the boat, and we can't even enjoy it.
