I'm not very pleased about the Dept of Utilities flushing the fire hydrants without notifying us in advance. I think they should not assume that everyone gets the Tribune. I went to do dishes and didn't have any water pressure. I looked outside and saw the fire hydrant spewing water. The utlity dept should put fliers in with the bills to let their customers, that don't get the Tribune, know when this is going to happen or put fliers in peoples doors! Stop assuming.
