I don't understand how someone could take the time to research a company and overlook the comments they find and still bring their best friend to this establishment. The only thing I can assume is that the good comments are supplied by owners/employees/ friends. I don't know how someone in customer service can treat clients in this manner and expect to stay in business, if they treat people like this, how are they going to treat your pet? To the second family that lost their pet, my condolences to you. I have been in the business for years, I am sorry to inform you, defecating, urinating, and throwing up are symtoms of strangulation, which is what I have been told (by a former employee) happened to your dog when the groomer left her hanging unattendend to talk on her cell phone. Pros: Research is valuable Cons: Do your pet a favor, go somewhere else
