This is the worst business I have ever dealt with. Horrible company through and through. Buyer beware. I walked away from the closing table as there were a number of fees not disclosed during our application. They did not explain very much to me. Thank gosh my parents were there, we ened up calling a local bank and not only did they beat this ripoff artists interest rate, but they also saved me money on closing costs. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Cons: No explanation, higher fees, higher rates. All around not recommended
