I decided to use Celebrity Limo for my friends bachelorette party and I instantly regretted booking it. As if planning a bachelorette party isn't hard enough, these people made it even worse. Their ""VIP package"" is complete CRAP. You can just call the venues listed on their site and book your own VIP. My VIP host Sabrina started out really helpful until about a week before when she was completely rude to me on the phone and informed me that she doesn't work in the office anymore..uhhh?! Chris was supposed to email something to me that night and I never received it. Then, Sabrina was supposed to email me something the next day, never received that email either. When I finally received the email, she got my info wrong in it about 3 or 4 times. I also began to realize that after I booked with Celebrity Limo Blake had called me and texted me a few times asking me to book my limo with them. Maybe a little communication within your company would be beneficial. Anyway, the night of was okay. Josh was our driver and he started out awesome until we asked him to take us to one bar from another and he informed us that we could walk there. I'm sorry, isn't the point of me paying $630 for this limo is to be driven to places, not walk there? Not only that but he got pretty rude at the end of the night. We were also pretty disappointed that there was no iPod hook up in the limo because they had to ""switch out vehicles at the last minute"". Needless to say I will NEVER waste my money with this unprofessional company again!!!!!
