UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE YELLED AT AND CURSED AT BY THE OWNER!!!! So today we went into kickin chicken in mcdonough to try their food. I ordered and immediately noticed that they did not have a coke machine. they had 2 liter bottles of coke sitting out on the counter. HOT! The lady says... well we do have ice. I was like umm ok well i ordered my food and sat down at the table only to look up and see that they had an 80 health score. I asked my husband to look and see what they were counted off for and he said expired food and personal hygiene, so at this point i no longer want to eat there, because i dont want someone fixing my food who isnt clean, so i kindly asked for a refund. The lady that takes my order says, well your going to have to talk to the manager. Another lady comes out and asks what wrong... she says well these people want a refund because of the health score and the other lady (guessing the manager) says well it is because of cleanliness. so then out from the back STORMS this other lady (the owner) yelling at me that she is NOT giving me a refund and it was so rude of me to ask for one and tells me to go to the health department and get a manual and i will understand why they failed, and that get this... They gave her a D before so a 80 is good. I mean this lady was YELLING at me. it was so rude. i cant believe she was the owner!!!!! If she has just been nice and maybe tried to explain what happened in the inspection then everything would have been ok but she didnt even try to explain she just yelled at me that I was being rude by asking for a refund... can you believe that??? She says shes been in business for 17 years and does NOT serve bad food, but with her attitude i do NOT see how shes been in business that long and if i have anything to do with it she wont be in business much longer as im filing a complaint with the better business beauro and anyone else i can find.
