The only thing this company seems to care about from the moment I signed the lease is weather or not they will get there rental payment. Issues such as sanitation security and general mantenance fall at the very bottom of their priority list.They rent to anyone and anything then let the law abiding tenants be victimized by these tenants.I bet that anyone employed there would not even consider living on Weatherwood Ct. where they own several properties.I would only recommend this company to people who are truly desperate for a place to live. Then be prepared to live in a very violent thrashy community.I truly regret ever signing the lease.
