I brought my wedding dress in to be cleaned/preserved. Not only did they try to return my dress to me with stains larger than when I dropped it off, but they damaged a 6 inch section of it. They agreed they did not clean it properly and had damaged it. They offered to clean it again and repair it at their cost. One and half weeks later, I get a call stating the dress was ready. I went in to view it and it had not been repaired. They stated they ""changed their mind and decided they did not want to repair the damage"" they had done. Then they refused to give me my dress until I paid them in full. And refused to preserve it despite having been paid in full. As I was attempting to work with the manager, 2 separate customers came into the store with complaints about their clothing being damaged by them. I highly recommend that you stay away from this dry cleaner. They are incredibly abrasive and rude and yelled at me. They treated me as if I had done something wrong.
