Review content:
I used this store for catering a party I was having over a month ago. Two weeks after the party was over, they charged me for the order, and then 5 days later they charged me again. When I called the store to alert them to this fraudulent charge, I was told that it was my fault because I placed an order online and then changed it later over the phone. It has been over a week since I have made the complaint, and I still have not received a refund or any explanation as to why this extra charge has been made. The company is obviously incompetent and what is worse....they have stolen approximately $240 from me and I have no idea how I will get it back unless I take them to small claims court.
