My daughter has gotten too many piercings there, but if she is going to get them, that is the only place she should go. She began getting her piercings when she was 16 and we did a lot of research before we decided where she should go. Checkered Past got the best ratings of anyone. I found that they deserved the high ratings. They explained everything to her including how to care for her piercings. When she wants new rings, studs, retainers, etc...she always goes back there and they insert them for her if she needs their help. They sell spare closures and everything that she needs. She has received nothing but educated and helpful service for the 5 years she has been going there.
