Do yourself a favor- if you want sushi go to Hiro's on 163rd street for a nice sit down meal. Don't even waste your time on the Sushi Express. The take out sushi is consistently terrible, and the service even worse. The staff is incredibly rude, sloppy, and they don't properly pack their orders. I recently ordered a take out and they left out several pieces from my order. When I called 10 minutes later, they refused to deliver the remainder of the order to my home (less than 5 minutes away) and they told me their policy was that they are not responsible for packing the orders and that it was my fault for not checking o make sure everything was there. They would not refund my card for the missing order. They were so rude and arrogant and it's inconceivable that a legitimate company could possibly uphold such terrible policies. I am extremely disappointed and WILL not be back to support their mediocre food and awful service! Save yourself the money and aggravation!!!
