I agree 100% with the reviews posted here and the comments. When I was in orlando florida and needed a place to stay, I thank God for a place to lay my head. However, I must say this place gets a two thumbs down as far as professionalism. The Director is a Tyrant and the most unsympathetic person I have ever ran into. She is in it totally for the money. They need to get rid of her FIRST. If the staff don't like you they will make it hard for you. There is injustice in this place and talk about trying to get ahead, is totally ludicrous. This place is designed for one purpose to put money into Wayne Densch. They charge you $100 a week you come in with no money and by the time you find a job you are probably a $1000 in the hole. If you can't pay 70% of your income to them consistently they will kick you out. This place is horrible in the way it's ran and the majority of the staff is really a joke. The caseworker I had however, was on point, this lady had a heart for people and really had herself together, she should have been the director, but because she had a heart for people they did not like her at all. A sad place that has much potential. Get rid of the Tyrant and you could have a great place of refuge.
