This place is the WORST!!... Please proceed with caution when contacting this company for any kind of sheet metal service. The worst person is THE OWNER JAMES.. he is rude, very short with any kind of response whether it's inquiring about their services or setting up appointments and he has no problem cursing and screaming at you . Connie is also very rude and has no kind of customer service skills at all. I send one of my guys to show JAMES a piece of metal I was looking to have produced and he didn't even bother looking at it before telling him no and screaming at him for asking why and when I called back to see what the problem was he cursed at me saying my guys was an idiot and he didn't have time for 20 questions "" B*T**"". DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE unless you are prepared to be treated like dirt and ignored!!!
Cons: RUDE AND UNREASONABLE!!
