I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone!! Not until there is new managment at least. I lived here for over a year now and used to love it... The worst, noisiest neighbors ever moved in next to me and it was all downhill from there. For the last SIX months managment has done NOTHING about it. The managment is so LAZY and don't care about their tenants AT ALL!! It's sad that I am having to find a new place to live now. SHAME ON YOU GARDEN TERRACE!!
