Review content:
I live in Stockton, so when my 80 year old father called from Fresno to tell me his pool pump had ""just quit"", I had no idea who to call, so relied upon the reviews of Pool Mart customers and contacted Chris at Pool Mart. Within 24 hours Chris had picked up the pump (along with a pool sweep which Dad told him had been ""acting up""), fixed, returned and installed both of them. Talk about wonderful and professional service - and he saved me quite a bit of money by repairing, instead of replacing. But best of all, was that my dad was very satisfied and happy (which, as those of you with elderly parents know, is sometimes difficult to achieve). Dad said that Chris was very down-to-Earth, took the time to discuss the problems with him, and was very professional and smart. I wholeheartedly agree. Chris does business the old-fashioned way: Honestly.
