Review content:
I urge everyone who reads this review to understand I am an honest 23 year old mother, born and raised in Hawaii. I have never been so dissatisfied with a mechanic in my life. Pacific Motor Works in Kula has had my car for 20 days now. My family and I only have that one car! The place estimated we would have our car back in less than a week, but it's far past that now. They have also since tacked on tons of $ to the price we agreed upon. We will now end up paying half what our car is worth! Not to mention the inconvenience of having no car for 3 weeks. I chose this shop because they said the problem was simple, whereas Auto Tech in Wailuku said it could be much worse. I figured Auto Tech was trying to rip me off. It turned out to be the complete opposite. Pacific Motor Works totally underestimated the job. I should've gone to Auto Tech! Kudos to all of you who check reviews first. I wish I had.
Cons: slow, expensive, unreliable estimates
