Studio Lotus is awesome! I've been taking personalized apparatus training there since 2006. I love my instructor Shannon but also feel the entire staff is warm, welcoming and helpful and importantly, friendly - it's nice to see everyone each week. The studio is a large, airy space and filled with equipment that is in great shape. They also offer kettlebells and ActivCore. I like the atmosphere - they're very supportive of individual needs. My sessions are tailored to me and I feel I get challenged each session to learn more and do more. I love Pilates at Studio Lotus and am excited for them to soon open their 3rd location near Johns Creek!
