Review content:
I had been to Pollo Tropical in Jacksonville, Florida, many times and really enjoyed the food and atmosphere. However, my visit to the South Beach location was far from satisfactory. The employees were yelling across the kitchen in order to communicate, my food was served cold, the chicken breast was dry, the wings were burned, the dinning area was in disarray.
