I had recent electrical problem with my Dodge Pickup and took it to another shop first for an estimate. The other shop estimated the repair to be an extraordinary amount for what I thought would be a small fix. I took my truck to Chips and was able to get the repair done for an extremely minimal cost. Chip's diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and checked the fix several times to make sure the problem was fixed, all within a few hours. Chips worked with me on the payment and retrieval of my pickup as well because I had left on a trip out of town right after I dropped it off. I was absolutely amazed with the customer service and mechanical service at this shop and will not be taking my vehicle to any other shops in the future. Chip's brings good old fashioned customer service and great rates into the ""high priced priced and sub-par repair"" modern world of mechanics and auto repair.
