These guys lost 2 of my expensive shirts and when I asked to speak with the manager the attendant refused to call him so I asked them to have the owner Hany call me about this issue. A week went by without a call and I went by to see what the status was on my lost shirts. The guy there refused to call his manager and I again left my name and number for Hany to call me. Noone ever called. So I went back and demanded that the manager call me and the clerk, a guy named Adel refused to call him. I told him if he didn't have Hany call me back within the hour I would post a bad review and he responded ""What do I care? It's not my business"" Do you believe that??? This is exactly what is wrong with the world today. These people will never get my business again and I warn anyone from bringing their clothes here to be dry cleaned.
