This was the worst experience I have ever had with ordering a cake. The customer service and management is aweful. The presentation of the cake was hidious and looked liked it was done by a child. I was told that I could give them any picture of a cake and that they would be able to make it. When I picked the cake up it looked nothing like what I asked them to make. I also had a top layer that was supposed to be made of cake and they just put a paper plate on top with icing on it. This cake was for a baby shower, so you can imagine the embarrasment of presented this to a room of women. Also, when the cake was picked up they did not have a top box to cover it with, which I think is very unsanitary. I was just very unpleased with my whole experience and do not plan on returning. They were not very apologetic and had no excuse for their mistake.
