Review content:
Russell was prompt, friendly, professional, and best of all...really f'n fast. And when I say ""fast"", I really mean that he was quite literally running around the garage. I met Russell at my house during my lunch break, and what would have been a 4 hour DIY job (via Youtube estimate), took him only 30 minutes. Apparently, Torsion Spring breakage is fairly common, because he was well equipped with the exact replacement parts with only 1 day's notice. I really appreciated his upfront pricing, which ended up being about 30% less than what I was expecting (based upon some superficial internet research). One other plus was the lack of upselling me on any other equipment (safety sensors, rollers, etc.), and in fact he was very complimentary of everything in place, which gave me a little peace of mind. The service included lubrication of the rollers & screw drive, and now the door barely makes a sound. The last impressive item for me was that the door needed no tension adjustment after installation...in other words, he installed it correctly the first time. Very little clean up involved, and he left the area in the exact same condition as when he arrived. I highly recommend Russell to my friends & family, wherever they reside in the Houston Metro Area.
