Review content:
We have been going to PF Chang's for years and enjoy it. However, the last several times we have gone, we notice that our check total is incorrect. Each time we tell the server, they come up with some excuse about the computer and fix it. Then...a few days later when I look at the charge from my bank account, the total has been increased! I have a copy of my receipt with the tip amount and every time, the servers add anywhere from $2-$6 more than the correct amount. We tip at least 20% regardless of the service. I could think it was an accident if it happened once, but it happens over and over at PF Chang's, all with different servers. We will not eat there again unless we pay with cash!
