My husband and I had to sell our house during the abysmal 2008 market. We didn't want to leave Austin, so we (me!) were certainly more "needy" clients than the average.
Bob, Melinda, and their entire staff were so kind and caring and patient with us. We were blown away by their thoroughness in helping us prep the house in advance of putting it on the market.
We visted many comparable properties with Bob prior to deciding on a listing price and continued to visit our competition with him as new properties came on the market.
We really feel like Bob and his staff leave no stone unturned in the preparation stage. And the quality and quantity of their marketing is beyond impressive.
In a market that redefined itself almost daily, we still managed to get a decent price with Bob's diligent negotiating.
If we are ever fortunate enough to be able to move back to Austin, Bob and Melinda will be our first call!
