Review content:
First of all, I paid extra for the online service so that I could see pictures. There are no pictures. The link you to google maps and you can see the area but you don't know which house to look at. That doesn't really matter though because all the areas I looked at had trashy houses. Second, they charge extra for EVERYTHING!! If you want to change the area or specifics of what you're looking for it's extra, if you lose your receipt you have to pay extra for a new one to get a new list. Then they promise all these things like they have several houses in the area you want with exactly what you need and out of the list I received none of them were in the area I wanted. They are very slick talkers. They may mean well but they should really do some research on the houses they are trying to get people to rent.
Pros: They do the leg work
Cons: The places are dumpy
