I was close to closing escrow on a condo and needed a home inspection asap. Happen to find this company on the web and wasn't expecting anyone to answer when I called, due to it being after 6pm, but to my surprise someone actually answered phone. Scheduled an appt for the following day, then we found out the power wasn't working. Finally got the power on and they came out that same day to complete the inspection, with no problem. The report was very thorough, it even had photos of the items in need of repair. My experience with Universal Inspect was awesome!! I recommend them to all potential home owners!
