Review content:
I've never had a problem with this office. Everyone has always been nice, professional, and courteous. I haven't had any of the experiences that the other patients on this site have had. I've always been able to speak to my specialist, she's always made time for me and she asked me a lot of questions in order to assess my condition. My particular doctor also kept in touch with me between appointments. I never felt rushed in or rushed out. I find it interesting that people were complaining about their co-pays as if it was the fault of this office that they had to pay a co-pay. That issue should be taken up with their insurance company. It has NOTHING to do with the office. Did they expect to walk in and out at no charge??? I also feel like people go to the doctor's office expecting to be treated like royalty. It's a doctor's office, not the Spa at Lake Austin.
Pros: Professional, caring
