Mr. Vasquez showed up at my work to help me on a dent I had on my new car. The dent was minor, but it was such an eyesore for me since I just bought the car less than 2 months ago. Not only did he text me the time he was going to be there, he texted me when he was at the front office. From there, he drove me to the company parking garage and patiently waited for me whilst I brought the car around. As soon as I pulled up, he was able to spot the dent and work on it. He explained the process, the cost, and timeframe and only proceeded when I told him it was okay. In less than 15 minutes he had it completely removed and looking brand new. He kept in conversation with me the whole time to assure me about the process and just really knowing his customer. He re-checked the dent removal two more times to ensure that it was to my liking and it was clean. He cleaned the spot he removed with a product that he recommended to me; great shine for sure! The payment process was quick (via credit card) and he thanked me for the chance to work on my car. Please, please, please work with Mr. Vasquez at Dents-R-Us for any of your dent removal needs. I was skeptical at first, but the way he handled the dent removal to his professional and courteous demeanor, I can not recommend him enough. This was a great experience and being a car guy, it is hard to satisfy my standards. He has extensive years of experience with big car manufacturers in thier removal processes for off lease, hail repairs, and other assorted repairs. Outstanding work, fair price, and above all, friendly service.
