Review content:
Came highly recommended by a neighbor. Hired Michael and you could always count on him returning calls and answering questions in a timely manner UNTIL job was complete and problems started to arise. Been trying to get him back out to repair porch that is caving (same issue the porch was repaired in the first place) for over a year. He is aware of the issue, even had me send him pictures via text messaging. Stated they would be out within few weeks- that was May 14th...have heard NOTHING since then. Company does not get my recommendation. Oh, and the neighbors that highly recommended him ALSO can not get in touch with him regarding issues they were having.
