This business is, by far, the best place I have ever been. It's hard enough being a woman taking a vehicle in for repairs, but knowing they are here puts my mind at ease. I've been taking my cars to them whenever I needed work for the last year, and I am never going anywhere else again. A perfect example is what happened on Monday to me. My car stalled on Mesaba/Central Entrance, and would not start. It had backfired and stalled, and I had assumed the worst. A blown cylinder? Crap, I knew I bought a junker. ;) I had my car towed and left there for two days as I went out of town for a conference. I receive a call telling me that the issue was when the ignition coil was replaced, the old seal for the electrical connector was left in, and caused a bad connection. Now, they could have said something a lot worse had happened, and charged me an arm and a leg, but they didn't. I came back from Minneapolis, two days later, to a $41 repair bill and a huge smile on my face. I absolutely love this place, and have been recommending it to everyone who mentions car repair. The mechanic that's been working on my cars is Adam - he's absolutely awesome. Keep up the good work guys. Never in my life have I walked out of a mechanics with a smile on my face after having work done.
