I was suppose to be celebrating one the happiest times of my life and the Wedding Shoppe turned my experience into a nightmare. The customer service was awful. The staff was rude to my mother and friends. I was told that they had no alteration appointments available until after my actual wedding day. I asked the girl scheduling the appointments ""Am I suppose to fly to my destination wedding without my dress?"" She snarled at me and said there was nothing she could do. Seven days before leaving for my wedding I still had no dress!!! STRESS STRESS STRESS is something a bride should not have to deal with but no thanks to the Wedding Shoppe that is all they have to offer. I will never recommend this horrible place to anyone and I will make sure many people hear about my awful experience. WCCO, KARE 11 and KSTP might want to do a story about this place warning all brides to not step foot into this place.
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Rude Staff, Severe Headaches and many tears shed shopping at this place.
