Review content:
I had high hopes for a great experience at The Wedding Shoppe but after experiencing it firsthand as a bride I would NEVER recommend it to my worst enemy or consider dropping another dime there. Some of the sales people were fantastic, others were horrible. I paid their alterations department to bustle the dress. When I tried it on it hung diagonally down the back, so I had to schedule a last minute alteration and pick up the dress days before my wedding. There was no opportunity to try on the dress to see if the correct changes had been made, as it was pinned to a cardboard form, but I was required to sign a sheet saying I was ""completely satisfied"" before I could leave with the dress. The parting insult was being charged $55 dollars for ironing the bridal dress (which I will be traveling with) and was told by staff NOT to have ironed. Never, ever, step foot in this mess.
Pros: At the end of the day we were still married.
Cons: Deceptive alterations department
