They are very experienced and straightforward , JD is an excellent mechanic (Master ASE Certified). While I was waiting for my car, I saw two Police cars were being repaired..............That tells you something. I was referred to Rick's Auto by a friend, and they were very nice. They handled everything with my Warranty Company, and saved me my deductibles ($100.00). I am grateful to their quick service and honesty. Take it from a teacher-Rick's Auto is
