Review content:
Had to call them at least three times to get an exact price on how much it will cost to fix laptop. When I visited them to pick up my laptop, I asked questions about how the charges break down/were for, they called me a ""pain in the a$$"" in front of other customers. Threatened to call the cops on me for ""trespassing"". Charged me $65 just because they had to ""look"" at it yet did not provide any information about their ""diagnosis"" and what the problem was. A worker there slammed my laptop on the counter when he was upset that I asked questions about the diagnosis. VERY RUDE! STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!
Pros: None!
Cons: RUDE staff, BAD service, VERY IMPATIENT with customers' questions, UNprofessional, does not take responsibility
