Review content:
Absolutely a nightmare. They didn't show up to first appointment. I finally called them. They said running late and were meaning to call. I gave them a second chance and scheduled another appointment 3 hours later. The plumber didn't even measure the space and was going to bring a water heater that would not fit in the space. Only after I suggested measure did he do it. Told me be there are 12 the next day to install after misquoting the price. Finally showed up at 2, after the office called me at 1:52 to say they would be late.
