I have been working with STML for almost 5 years now. We had used only 2 other management companies over the previous 10 years but we wanted to improve our properties and increase profits. I had never heard of STML but we took a chance as they seemed to be pretty aggressive and organized. Within 18 months the properties were completely turned around and full occupied. Our owner payouts are as strong as they have ever been and our operating expenses are at an all-time low. We trust the management of more than 100 rental units to STML and would recommend them to anyone looking for a property management company.
