Review content:
At first when I hired Nic everything was good and he did a good job. Then things started to change. 1. First, he starts trying to make a deal with the other side without checking with me. All this did was give the other side a chance to slander me and run their case with him like he was the judge, which they did. 2. Then when the was entwined in the case and time was short to get the necessary subpoenas out before the court date, he seemed to take advantage of the situation by asking for a lot more money than he was asking for before. 3. As a result, I had to scramble around looking for another attorney and to mail out the subpoenas myself. As a result, I ended up going to court without an attorney and losing the case. 4. He's also the type of person who talked one way to my face but I got the sense that he was thinking something else or was withholding something from me. I'm not 100% certain that this was the case but I had that sense. 5. He's moved from 3 locations, Broad street, the gallery building and then to main street. In my opinion, the office he's in now is a step down from where he's was before.
