I am a regular customer, Bob the Pharmacist is great. There is a clerk Ahn who never smiles.....acts like she doesnt remember who am and like she hates being there. i have told management about her awful customer service, yet I am told nothing can be done, really? I went to the Safeway pharmacy and to my shock everyone smiled even though they were busy...plus they charged my insurance for my flu shot...Save-Mart pharmacy Ahn told me no...I had to pay! Funny how one person can ruin a reputation.
