Review content:
We keep getting threatening letters from them saying two months of our rent is late. WE'VE PAID OUR RENT. They've also neglected to put their phone number on these letters. Spoke with an incredibly rude secretary who said my landlord needs to call them - they won't contact the landlord. They also said they'll be taking us to court is our landlord DOESN'T call! WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE?! She was extremely condescending and not at all helpful. Seriously - sounded like an ex-dominatrix.
P.S. Don't rent from Bronstein Properties/Uptown Laurel Hill. This whole operation is terrible.
