Love, love, LOVE Chez Jean! Excellent food with intriguing specials. Excellent wine list (and they have a special on Sundays...bottles are discounted!) Really cozy ambience...you really feel like you're in a French bistro in France. It's a nice escape out of the daily grind in Stamford. The service is great (they don't rush you to get out, Jean Pierre is always willing to accomodate you) and overall, it's an absolutely wonderful experience. Perfect for a romantic dinner for couples, probably would be boring for kids.
Pros: excellent food, polite service, romantic
Cons: parking, gets expensive
