Nicole is the worst place ever - I got my long hair straightened - they burnt my hair - then said they were going to trim it alittle - 2 days later when washed about 4"" were burnt - went from long to short layered hair :( . Contact with JNicole Management shows that the form with your personal information you fill out and sign has a small text withholding them from responsbililty and stating no refund. They are the most evil spa I have ever visisted - do not care about the customer or how horrible of a job they do.
Cons: burnt hair - horrible service and no refunds when they mess
