Not sure who ""Nancy"" is, but based on my experience and the other reviews, it appears she is a pretty sour apple. I have been EXTREMELY fortunate to have Dr. Muller and his staff take care of my dogs. I met Dr. Muller and his staff over 7 years ago when I moved here from Michigan. I was refered to his clinic from a friend who was a client until he moved out of state. Dr. Muller took excellent care of my very big shepherd for many years. After Zeus passed on, my wife's dog Max and now our new family dog Sadie have been patients of HBAH and recieve the best care from the staff and vets there. I always feel well informed concerning my pet's health and wellness. Dr. Muller has an excellent bed side manner and his staff compliments his abilities. If you are a Roswell resident and have pets you really need to have Dr. Muller and his staff be responsible for your pets health needs.
