Awhile back my maytag dishwasher needed service. I used this appliance company versus my normal guy. I thought I'd try a new company. The technican who came treated me like I was some simple stupid woman who didn't know anything ""technical"". Then I was charged $100 for the service call and the diagnosis?-my dishwasher was a piece of junk and I should get a KitchenAid. WHAT???? I found the broken piece {after he was long gone, I took it apart myself, found the broken motor shaft cover (it was plastic and he said it could not be repaired)}, googled the part -now made in metal, ordered the $35 repair kit and fixed the supposed piece of junk dishwasher myself. And it works like new.
Pros: They were close by in Towson
Cons: horrible service, rip off for not being able to fix it when I later did it myself
